We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the contact form that is your name, email address, your message, and whether you asked to receive updates. Through the confidential search questionnaire it also includes your title and phone number, your organization’s name, industry, location and size, and the details you provide about the role you are hiring for.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation about your search, and maintain our working relationship with you. If you asked to receive updates and insights, we use your email address for that as well. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Submissions are delivered to Massetti Search Associates and stored securely so that nothing is lost in transit. Access is limited to the firm. We share details of a search with candidates or third parties only as needed to conduct the engagement you have asked us to perform.

We retain inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to support an ongoing or prospective engagement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from updates. Email info@massettisearch.com and we will take care of it.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard technical logs may be generated by our hosting provider to keep the site running securely.
