Massetti Search Associates is a female, veteran-owned executive search firm built on integrity, accountability, and trust. We help software, technology, and growth-oriented organizations hire the senior leaders who will define what comes next — VP through C-suite.
We are a small, senior team by design. Every search is led by a partner, not handed off. That means the person who sits down with you to define the role is the same person calling candidates, running assessments, leading the search process and guiding the offer to a close.
Our approach is flexible by design. We shape each engagement around the role, the timeline, the business needs of our clients and the level of confidentiality it requires — and while our deepest experience is in software and technology, our model supports executive hiring across many verticals and industries.
Founder
Maureen Massetti
Maureen Massetti is the Founder of Massetti Search Associates, bringing more than two decades of executive recruiting experience across global enterprise and boutique search environments.
Prior to founding the firm, Maureen served as Head of Executive Recruiting at Wolters Kluwer (EURONEXT: WKL), a global provider of information, software solutions, and services with €6.1 billion in annual revenue and operations in more than 40 countries. During her tenure there, she advanced from Executive Recruiter to Head of Executive Recruiting, where she developed and executed the company's global executive recruitment strategy across five divisions (Tax & Accounting, Legal, CP&ESG, Health and Financial & Corporate Compliance). Working in close partnership with senior executive business leaders and HR executives she led executive search for high impact VP and above roles in areas including Technology, AI, Innovation, Strategy, Product Management, Sales, Finance and HR.
Earlier in her career, Maureen spent ten years as an Executive Search Consultant where she led senior-level engagements in Technology, Product, Sales and Strategy for commercial clients nationwide. She began her recruiting career at IBM, where she managed college recruitment targeting graduates from top business schools.
Her areas of expertise include full-cycle executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, confidential search, market research, talent pipeline development, diversity recruiting, stakeholder management, and executive assessment.
Maureen served ten years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps and studied at the University of Maryland.
